摘 要:目的通过研究病原生物气溶胶自动监测报警系统,以提升医疗保障及突发事件的应急医学救援检测能力,对提高综合保障能力具有非常重要的意义。方法分别对预警模块报警阈值与响应时间、采样模块物理采集效率与流量、检测模块灵敏度性能进行验证;以大肠杆菌O157作为模拟菌株,采集现场微环境试验舱中的空气样本,对一体机“病原生物气溶胶自动监测报警系统”进行综合评价。结果在检测生物气溶胶预警模块报警阈值与响应时间实验中,当设置的报警阈值低于实时监测数值时,系统报警,响应时间为10s左右;空气粒子自动采样模块物理采集效率与流量,结果显示,空气粒子自动采样模块的50%切割粒径约为0.5μm,采样流量为14.1L/min,采样性能较好;在检测病原生物灵敏度及响应时间实验中,病原生物快速检测平台对细菌类的响应时间均在15min内完成。其中鼠疫杆菌的检测灵敏度≥10~3CFU/mL;大肠杆菌O157的检测灵敏度≥10^(5)CFU/mL;金黄色葡萄球菌的检测灵敏度≥10^(6)CFU/mL,病原生物快速检测平台对甲型流感病毒H1N1的检测灵敏度为≥0.25HA,响应时间为10min15s;启动一体机“病原生物气溶胶自动监测报警系统”时结果显示,当模拟舱空气中实时生物粒子读数≥13000时,仪器自动报警、采样及检测,15min内检测完成并报告阳性定性检测结果。结论一体机“病原生物气溶胶自动监测报警系统”能实现自动化、一体化的“侦采检功能”,对有效监测空气中病原生物污染提供了有力保障,为实现更快速、自动、全面的检测奠定了基础。Objective This study aims to improve the emergency medical rescue through the investigation of the automatic monitoring and alarm system of pathogenic bioaerosol,which is of great significance to improve the comprehensive support ability of health service.Methods The alarm threshold and response time of the early warning module,the physical acquisition efficiency and flow of the sampling module,and the sensitivity performance of the detection module were verified respectively.Using Escherichia coli O157 as the simulated strain,the air samples in the field microenvironment test chamber were collected,and the integrated“pathogen bioaerosol automatic monitoring and alarm system”was comprehensively evaluated.Results In the experiment of detecting the alarm threshold and response time of bioaerosol early warning module,when the alarm threshold set was lower than the real-time monitoring value,the system alarmed,and the response time windows were 10s and 15s,respectively.The physical acquisition efficiency and flow rate of the air particle automatic sampling module showed that the 50%cutting particle size of the air particle automatic sampling module was about 0.5μm,and the sampling flow rate was 14.1L/min,indicating a good sampling performance.In the test of sensitivity and response time duration for detection of 3 strains and viruses,the response of pathogen rapid detection platform to bacteria was completed within 15min.The detection sensitivity of Yersinia pestis was≥103 CFU/mL;The E.coli O157's sensitivity was≥10^(5) CFU/mL.The detection sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus was≥10^(6) CFU/mL,while the detection sensitivity of pathogen rapid detection platform for influenza A(H1N1)was≥0.25HA,and the response time window was 10min and 15s.When the“Pathogen Bioaerosol Automatic monitoring and alarm system”of the integrated machine was started,the result showed that:when the real-time biological particle reading in the air of the simulated cabin was≥13000,the instrument would automatically alarm,sam
