摘  要:随着产业结构的持续升级,产教融合型城市作为一种新型城市发展模式受到党和国家的高度重视。以首批国家产教融合型城市为研究对象,以2013—2022年10年间21个产教融合型城市及其所在的18个省份的面板数据为样本,数据化呈现产教融合型城市的基本特征,从经济发展、产业结构、教育资源、人口结构四个一级指标的八个二级指标,探究产教融合型城市及其所在省份的各指标发展现状,进而从经济发展、产业结构、教育资源、人才资源和政策支持五个方面探究产教融合型城市形成的动力机制——强势的经济基础驱动、强大的产业动力支撑、雄厚的教育资源优势、高端的人才资源红利和积极的利好政策支持,并以此提出五个方面的策略建议:夯实经济实力,筑牢产教融合发展基石;精准定位主导产业,引领全产业链产教融合;整合各类教育资源,激发协同创新人才培养;发挥人口资源优势,赋能产教融合发展动能;加强市域政策驱动,政府引领产教融合新格局,以更好建构全国性产教融合型城市发展新生态。With the continuous upgrading of industrial structure,industry-education integrated cities have emerged as a new urban development model,receiving significant attention from the China Communist Party and the State.This study focuses on the first batch of national industry-education integrated cities,uti-lizing panel data from 21 such cities and their corresponding 18 provinces over a ten-year period from 2013 to 2022.The research quantitatively presents the fundamental characteristics of industry-education integrat-ed cities and examines their developmental status across four primary indicators:economic development,in-dustrial structure,educational resources,and demographic composition,further divided into eight second-ary indicators.The driving mechanisms behind the formation of industry-education integrated cities are therefore explored from five aspects:economic development,industrial structure,educational resources,hu-man resources,and policy support.These mechanisms are identified as:robust economic foundation,strong industrial momentum,abundant educational resources,high-end human resource dividends,and supportive policy measures.Based on these findings,the study proposes five strategic recommendations:consolidating economic strength to establish a solid foundation for industry-education integration;precisely positioning leading industries to guide industry-education integration across the entire industrial chain;integrating di-verse educational resources to stimulate collaborative innovation in talent cultivation;leveraging demograph-ic advantages to empower industry-education integrated development;and enhancing city policy drivers with government leadership to foster a new paradigm of industry-education integration.These strategies aim to better construct a new national ecosystem for the development of industry-education integrated cities.
