摘　　要：美国高中阶段职普融通政策经过百年发展历程已颇为成熟与完善。杜威民主主义联盟和普洛瑟职业主义联盟是美国高中阶段职普融通政策变迁过程中的利益主体,联盟之间的博弈和联盟成员产生的新认知是影响美国高中阶段职普融通政策变迁的内部因素,社会经济条件的变迁和联盟权力的变更则是外部因素。美国高中阶段职普融通政策变迁呈现出渐进与突变交替的特征。内部因素和外部因素相互交织,共同推动美国高中阶段职普融通政策的变迁。American Vocational-General Integration policy change in senior high school has been quite mature and complete after a hundred years of development.The Dewey Democratic Coalition and the Prosser Vocational Coalition are the interest subjects in the process of the policy change.The game between the coalitions and the better understandings of the members are the internal factors that affect the policy change,while the change of social and economic conditions and the change of power are the external ones.The policy change is gradual and also abrupt.Internal and external factors interweave with each other,and jointly promote the change.
