摘  要:针对大功率设备(如射频功率放大器)中分布式布局的各个大功率模块散热要求不同且需要连续不间断安全工作的情况,提出了一种主被动散热措施结合的分区温控设计。该设计由国产ARM处理器HC32F460为核心,辅以独立的电流自动控制电路组成分布式自动温控系统,在配置完成后该系统可自动实时监测各模块温度变化,通过PWM调速独立控制各模块对应的风机转速,并适时进行独立的电流控制,从而实现了整个大功率设备的不间断稳定工作和可靠散热。该系统全部由国产器件搭建,自主可控,可靠性高,散热效果好,已在多个大功率设备中成功应用。For the case of distributed high power equipment(such as RF power amplifier)'s modules have different demand of heat dissipation and must maintain continuous work,proposed a zoning temperature control design that combines active and passive modes of heat dissipation.This design is a distributed auto-matic temperature control system which take the domestic ARM processor HC32F460 as the core,and have independent automatic control circuits for current.After configuration,this system can maintain real-time temperature monitoring of the dfferent modules,through the use of PWM speed regulation for Fans corre-sponding each module and timely current control,the whole high power equipment can maintain safe and uninterrupted work.This design is autonomous and controllable,all components are made in china,have good heat dissipation and high reliability.It has been successfully applied in multiple projects.
