摘　　要：国际大型体育赛事的举办会吸引全球范围的关注,聚集来自世界各地的观众和运动员,人口密集的场馆、接触亲密的团体活动以及国际旅行都是提高病毒跨国传播、传染风险的因素,致使其成为传染病暴发的温床。为应对这一挑战,在举办国际大型体育赛事时,我国会采取建立早期预警系统、加强健康检测、采取隔离措施和进行公共卫生宣教等防控措施,然而,该防控系统仍然存在监测和响应能力不足、信息传播不畅等问题。本文通过广泛的文献综述和案例分析,深入了解传染病在体育赛事期间传播的影响因素,旨在综合研究国际大型体育赛事期间传染病暴发的风险,并探讨相应的防控措施。体育赛事中传染病传播风险具有多元性、多变性和相互作用性,人员密集、国际旅行、接触传播、防控措施制定和全球疫情形势都是可能提高体育赛事中传染病暴发风险的因素。我们也针对这些风险提出重视传染病风险评估、制定科学防控政策、加强国际交流和部门合作、创新传染病防控科技、普及传染病防控知识的建议。为今后举办国际大型体育赛事提供传染病防控的经验,最大程度地降低国际大型体育赛事期间传染病暴发的风险,确保参与者和公众的健康安全。The hosting of international major sports events attracts global attention,bringing together spectators and athletes from around the world.Factors such as densely populated venues,close-contact group activities,and international travel have contributed to the emergence of infectious disease outbreaks in such events.This paper conducts an extensive literature review and case studies to explore the factors influencing the spread of infectious diseases during sporting events.The objective is to comprehensively examine the risk factors for infectious disease outbreaks during major international sporting events and propose coresponding prevention and control measures.The study findings highlight that crowdedness,international travel,contact transmission,development of prevention and control measures,and the global nature of outbreaks are all major factors influencing infectious disease outbreaks during sporting events.Existing prevention and control measures include the establishment of early warning systems,enhanced health testing,isolation measures,and public health education.Meanwhile,the study also identifies issues such as insufficient monitoring and response capacity,as well as poor information dissemination.Based on the comprehensive findings,it is recommended to prioritize infectious disease risk assessment,develop evidencebased prevention and control policies,strengthen international communication and collaboration,foster innovation in infectious disease prevention and control technology,and promote public awareness of infectious disease prevention and control.These measures aim to minimize the risk of infectious disease outbreaks during large-scale international sports events and safeguard the health and safety of participants and spectators.
