摘  要:针对涂层线悬垂度引起的产品质量和成材率问题,分析了其产生的原因;简化涂层段设备,建立了悬垂度曲线模型,对检测点与最大悬垂点坐标的对应关系进行了求解;推导出最大悬垂度与带材规格、带材密度、带材张力、两点间距离的计算式,并对不同规格的产品进行了求解;通过调整相邻张力辊的速度来实现悬垂度的控制;从电机的速度环控制中叠加了速度修正值,主从电机双闭环控制保证了带材悬垂度在最佳位置的稳定运行,提高了成材率,并成功应用于某涂层线。In view of the problem of product quality and yield caused by the sagging of the coating line,this paper analyzes the factors that cause it.The suspension curve model is established by simplifying the coating section equipment,and the corresponding relationship between the detection point and the maximum suspension point coordinate is solved.The calculation formulas of the maximum drape degree with strip specification,strip density,strip tension and distance between two points are derived,and the products of different specifications are solved.The control of drape degree is realized by adjusting the speed of adjacent tension rollers.The speed correction value is superimposed in the speed loop control of the slave motor.The double closed-loop control of the master-slave motor ensures the stable operation of the strip drape at the best position,improves the yield,and is successfully applied to a certain coating line.
