摘 要:基于高炉富氢喷吹的现状,考虑用煤的气化产物作为还原气体。优质水煤气含有丰富的CO和H_(2),是一种很好的还原气体。为了研究高炉喷吹水煤气后风口回旋区的变化及喷吹水煤气后高炉稳定运行的可行性,系统研究了水煤气喷吹量对炉腹煤气组成、炉腹煤气量、理论燃烧温度和风口回旋区尺寸的影响,并提出了补偿措施。结果表明:喷吹水煤气后还原气体(CO+H_(2))总量上升,炉腹煤气量增加,理论燃烧温度降低,回旋区体积缩小。采取降低鼓风流量、提高富氧率和减小风口直径的措施进行补偿,补偿后达到水煤气喷吹前的工艺指标,并且总还原气体浓度提高,焦比降低,因此高炉喷吹水煤气是可行的。Based on the current situation of rich hydrogen injection for blast furnace,the gasification product of coal is considered as the reducing gas.High quality water gas contains rich CO and H_(2),which is a good reducing gas.In order to study the variation of tuyere raceway area and the feasibility of stable operation of blast furnace after water gas injection,the influence of water gas injection amount on bosh gas composition,bosh gas amount,theoretical combustion temperature and tuyere raceway area size was systematically studied and compensation measures were proposed.The results show that after water gas injection,the total amount of reducing gas(CO+H_(2))increases,the amount of bosh gas increases,the theoretical combustion temperature decreases,and the volume of raceway shrinks.The measures of reducing blast flow,increasing oxygen enrichment rate and reducing tuyere diameter are taken for compensation.After compensation,the process index before Water gas injection is reached,the total reduction gas concentration is increased,and the coke ratio is reduced.Therefore,water gas injection into blast furnace is feasible.
