摘 要:板材的轧制精度控制是冶金领域的重要研究方向之一,板带预测是目前研究的热点之一。基于此,以某工厂二辊可逆热轧机作业为对象,对具有特定性能的结构钢板运用共轭梯度方法进行压下量PID调节优化,并通过实验数据证实该控制模型的准确性。经预测得到的压下量与实际状况保持高度一致,预测点误差均值依次为3.1μm和3.8μm。达到30μm以上压下量时,预测值与实测值的板厚数据均呈上升趋势。当形成4.2μm的平均误差时,误差范围满足生产实际需求,该控制方式能够满足系统实际需求。该研究有助于提高热轧结构钢板的成形效率,具有较高的应用推广价值。The rolling precision control of sheet metal is one of the important research directions in the field of metallurgy,and the prediction of sheet and strip is one of the hot research spots at present.To this end,the conjugate gradient optimization analysis of PID control for hot rolling of structural steel plate was carried out.The results show that the conjugate gradient method is used to optimize the PID control of structural steel plate with specific properties,and the accuracy of the control model is verified by the experimental data.The predicted reduction is highly consistent with the actual condition,and the average error of prediction points is 3.1μm and 3.8μm respectively.When the reduction is above 30μm,the thickness data of both predicted and measured values increase.When the average error of 4.2μm is formed,the error range can meet the actual demand of production,and the control mode can meet the actual demand of the system.This research is helpful to improve the forming efficiency of hot-rolled structural steel sheet and has good application and popularization value.
