摘  要:集成灶为防止明火进入烟道产生火灾,GB 16410-2020中明确规定了集成灶需要有烟道防火安全装置且需通过其试验。但国标中只规定了试验条件,集成灶自身因素和外界因素并且指出,这些因素都会对防火安全装置造成影响,导致其试验结果不合格或潜在安全风险。为验证有哪些因素会影响烟道防火安全装置,通过机头造型、烟道蜗壳组件位置、空气性能、无水乙醇浓度、温度传感器安装位置、控制逻辑、模拟厨房环境的研究。结果表明:影响集成灶烟道防火安全装置的因素非常多,研发人员设计时需要把这些因素综合考虑进去,通过试验且规避安全风险。In order to prevent open flames from entering the flue and causing fires,GB 16410-2020 specifies that integrated stoves need to have flue fire safety devices and pass their tests.However,the national standard only specifies the test conditions,the factors of the integrated stove itself and external factors,and points out that these factors will affect the fire safety device,leading to unqualified test results or potential safety risks.To verify which factors affect the fire safety device of the flue,research was conducted on the design of the machine head,the position of the flue volute components,air performance,anhydrous ethanol concentration,temperature sensor installation location,control logic,and simulated kitchen environment.The results indicate that there are many factors that affect the fire safety device of integrated stove flue.When designing,R&D personnel need to comprehensively consider these factors,conduct experiments,and avoid safety risks.
