摘　　要：帕金森病是一种常见的神经退行性疾病,认知障碍是该疾病常见的非运动症状,其发病机制尚不明确,目前仍需探讨有效的治疗方式。艾地苯醌具有清除自由基、抗氧化应激、线粒体保护、抗炎、增强自噬等多效性保护作用,在治疗帕金森病认知障碍方面显示出初步疗效。本文从帕金森病认知障碍的潜在致病机制出发,结合艾地苯醌的特性探讨艾地苯醌治疗帕金森病认知障碍的潜能,为临床提供参考。Parkinson′s disease is a common neurodegenerative disorder,and cognitive impairment is a frequent non-motor symptom of the disease.The pathogenesis of cognitive impairment in Parkinson′s disease remains unclear,and effective treatment methods are still under investigation.Idebenone exhibits multiple protective effects,including scavenging free radicals,antioxidative stress,mitochondrial protection,anti-inflammation,and enhancing autophagy.It has shown preliminary efficacy in treating cognitive impairment associated with Parkinson′s disease.This article explores the potential of idebenone in treating cognitive impairment in Parkinson′s disease by examining the underlying pathogenic mechanisms and the specific properties of idebenone,providing a reference for clinical practice.
