摘　　要：研究按照以实践教学为中心的理念,对我校医学生物技术专业生物分离与纯化技术课程的教学内容、教学模式、教学方法等进行了改革探索,合理选取适应岗位需求和产业需要的课程教学内容,初步形成了项目导向—任务驱动—理实一体化教学模式,结合以实践为主体的考核评价方式,提高了教学效果。According to the concept of practical teaching as the center in higher vocational education,we have carried out exploration on the teaching content,teaching mode,and teaching methods of the course"Biological Separation and Purification Technology"in the medical biotechnology major of our school.Selecting teaching content of course to meet industry needs,and has initially formed teaching model integration of theory and practice by project-based and task driven,combined with evaluation method baseda practice,which has improved teaching effectiveness.
