摘　　要：目的探讨导管球囊扩张技术联合吞咽行为疗法在脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2022年11月至2024年2月沈阳市红十字会医院康复医学中心收治的57例脑卒中后合并吞咽功能障碍的患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为联合治疗组(30例)和行为疗法治疗组(27例)。联合治疗组采取导管球囊扩张技术联合吞咽行为疗法训练进行治疗,行为疗法治疗组仅采取吞咽行为疗法训练治疗。比较两组患者治疗后吞咽功能、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肺部CT影像的改善情况。结果联合治疗组在治疗后吞咽功能的提升高于行为疗法治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合治疗组CRP水平低于行为疗法治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导管球囊扩张技术联合吞咽行为疗法训练可更有效地改善脑卒中后患者的吞咽功能,减少吸入性肺炎发生。Objective To investigate the effect of catheter balloon dilation combined with swallowing behavior therapy in improving dysphagia after stroke.Methods Clinical data of 57 patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke admitted to Rehabilitation Medical Center,Shenyang Red Cross Hospital from November 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into combined treatment group(30 cases)and behavioral therapy group(27 cases)according to different treatment methods.The combined treatment group was treated with catheter balloon dilation technique combined with swallowing behavior therapy training,while the behavioral therapy treatment group was treated with swallowing behavior therapy training only.The improvement of swallowing function,C-reactive protein(CRP)and lung CT images after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of swallowing function in combined treatment group was higher than that in behavioral therapy treatment group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CRP level in the combined treatment group was lower than that in the behavioral therapy treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Catheter balloon dilation combined with swallowing behavior therapy training can improve swallowing function more effectively and reduce aspiration pneumonia in patients with stroke.
