维生素B_(6)穴位注射联合干姜黄芩黄连人参汤对肝癌寒热格拒证呕吐的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究维生素B_(6)穴位注射联合干姜黄芩黄连人参汤对肝癌寒热格拒证呕吐的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2024年1月赣南医科大学附属兴国医院收治的65例肝癌呕吐患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(n=33)和对照组(n=32)。研究组采用维生素B_(6)穴位注射联合干姜黄芩黄连人参汤治疗,对照组采用甲氧氯普胺治疗。比较两组治疗前后呕吐分级情况、中医证候积分、生活质量评分。结果研究组治疗后的呕吐分级低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的中医主症、次症及总分评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维生素B_(6)注射液穴位注射联合干姜黄芩黄连人参汤对肝癌非治疗性呕吐(寒热格拒证)有显著疗效,相较西医用药更具针对性和有效性,能更好地改善患者生活质量,值得临床尝试。Objective To study the clinical effect of Vitamin B_(6)acupoint injection combined with Dried Ginger Huangqin Huanglianshen Decoction on vomiting of liver cancer with cold-heat rejection syndrome.Methods A total of 65 patients with liver cancer vomiting admitted to Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical University from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into study group(n=33)and control group(n=32)by random number table method.The study group was treated with Vitamin B_(6)acupoint injection combined with Dried Ginger Huangqin Huanglian Ginseng Decoction,and the control group was treated with Metoclopramine.The vomiting grade,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The vomiting grade of the study group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin B_(6)acupoint injection combined with Dried Ginger Huangqin Huanglian Ginseng Decoction has a significant effect on non-therapeutic vomiting of liver cancer(cold and heat rejection syndrome).Compared with western medicine,it is more targeted and effective,and can better improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical trial.
