摘  要:建立了高温水氧燃烧-离子色谱法测定食品接触材料及制品中氟含量的方法。高温水氧燃烧时于1100℃通入100 mL/min的高纯氧及1.0 mL/min的水蒸气,以0.01 mol/L KOH溶液吸收冷凝液,用离子色谱进行分析。色谱条件:电导检测器,4×250 mm Dionex IonPac AS19分离柱,4×50 mm Dionex IonPac AG19保护柱。试验测得氟含量在0.05~1.0 mg/L之间时线性关系良好,检出限为0.01 mg/L;低、中、高浓度加标实验RSD为0.4%~1.3%,回收率为93.7%~98.1%。经验证,该方法可用于食品接触材料及制品中氟含量的测定。A method for the determination of fluorine in food contact materials and products by high temperature water oxygen combustion and ion chromatography was established.During high-temperature water-oxygen combustion,100 mL/min of high-purity oxygen and 1.0 mL/min of water vapor were injected at 1100℃,and the condensate was absorbed by 0.01 mol/L KOH solution.The analysis was carried out by ion chromatography.The chromatographic conditions were conductivity detector.4×250 mm Dionex IonPac AS19 separation column and 4×50 mm Dionex IonPac AG19 protection column.The linear relationship was good when fluorine content ranged from 0.05 mg/L to 1.0 mg/L,the detection limit was 0.01 mg/L,the RSDS of low,medium and high concentrations were 0.4%~1.3%,and the recoveries were 93.7%~98.1%.It is proved that the method can be used for the determination of fluorine content in food contact materials and products.
