摘　　要：目的 探讨多种模式融合下的药学服务在癌痛患儿中的作用。方法 临床药师参与1例骨肉瘤患儿止痛方案的制定,评估镇痛效果,调整镇痛药物剂量,对患儿及家属进行线上+居家药学+叙事药学服务,并监护不良反应。结果 临床药师协助医生制定方案,规范使用大剂量盐酸吗啡,患儿癌痛缓解,用药期间无不良反应发生,生活质量得到改善。结论 临床药师通过多种模式相融合参与癌痛药物治疗,能促进癌痛规范化治疗,确保用药安全有效。Objective To explore the effects of pharmaceutical care for children with cancer pain under the integration of multiple modes.Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in the formulation of an analgesic plan for a child with osteo‐sarcoma,evaluated the analgesic efficacy,adjusted the dosage of analgesic drugs,provided online+home pharmaceutical care+narrative pharmacy service for the child and her family,and monitored the adverse reactions.Results Pharmacists assisted doctors to formulate a plan and standardized the use of high-dose morphine hydrochloride.The cancer pain of the child was relieved,and no adverse reactions occurred during medication,and her quality of life was improved.Conclusion Pharmacists participate in the drug treatment of cancer pain through the integration of multiple modes,which can promote the standardized treatment of cancer pain and ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use.
