摘　　要：本文报道了1例肺鳞癌患者在使用纳武利尤单抗联合含铂化疗方案后出现中毒性表皮坏死松解症的病例。文章详细描述了该患者的症状,疾病的发生发展、治疗及转归过程,分析其病例特征,并对国内外关于纳武利尤单抗致中毒性表皮坏死松解症的相关报道进行讨论。Here reported was a case of toxic epidermal necrolysis in a patient with lung squamous cell carcinoma after treatment with nivolumab combined with platinum-based chemotherapy.In this article,we discribed in detail the symp-toms,disease development,treatment and outcome of the patient,analyzed the characteristics of the case,and discussed as well the relevant reports on toxic epidermal necrolysis caused by nivolumab at home and abroad.
