废渣微晶玻璃的制备及其着色机制

摘  要:以镍渣辅以粉煤灰采用熔融法制备了一系列彩色微晶玻璃,对其物相、形貌和机械性能进行了研究。研究了不同种类不同含量形核剂的影响,2%Cr_(2)O_(3)作为形核剂时,微晶玻璃中晶相含量最高,微观结构均匀致密,平均抗折强度为104.38 MPa,显微硬度为798.3 HV,增加1.5%的CaF_(2)含量可以促进微晶玻璃中晶相的形成,而且晶体分布相对均匀,这可以制备出结构致密的微晶玻璃,有利于提高材料的力学性能,效果较Cr_(2)O_(3)更加优异;而添加ZrO_(2)后无法形核。进一步,添加不同的着色剂后得到了不同颜色的微晶玻璃,绿色微晶玻璃主要是K_(2)Cr_(2)O_(7)的贡献,而红色微晶玻璃主要是通过Se和CdS的比例调节获得的,灰色微晶玻璃中CoO/NiO的比例为2.8时性能最好,其总占比的合适范围为0.081~0.135 wt%。这一系列的结果表明,合理利用废渣制备彩色微晶玻璃是一种实现资源节约和开发新材料的良好策略,有助于提高资源的利用率。A series of colored glass-ceramics were prepared by the melting method with nickel slag and fly ash,and their phase composition,morphology and mechanical properties were investigated.After selecting different nucleating agents,when 2%Cr_(2)O_(3)is employed as a nucleating agent,the glass-ceramics with uniform and compact microstructure display the highest crystal phase content.The average flexural strength was 104.38 MPa and microhardness was 798.3 HV.Increasing the CaF_(2) content by 1.5%promoted the formation of crystal phases in glass-ceramics,leading to a relatively uniform crystal distribution,which produced dense glass-glass and improved the mechanical properties,and the effect is better than that of Cr_(2)O_(3).However,the addition of ZrO_(2)did not facilitate nucleation.Based on this,glass-ceramics with different colors were obtained by adding different colorants.The green glass-ceramics was mainly contributed to K_(2)Cr_(2)O_(7),while the red glass-ceramics was mainly obtained through the ratio of Se and CdS.The best performance is achieved when the ratio of CoO/NiO in gray microcrystalline glass is 2.8,with a suitable total proportion range of 0.081~0.135 wt%.This series of results indicates that the rational utilization of waste residue to prepare colored glass-ceramics is a good strategy for resource conservation and the development of new materials,contributing to improved resource utilization.
