摘 要:1943年小说《声价》写就后,剧人陈瘦竹在文艺创作上一途封笔,全面转向戏剧批评与研究。从馆藏《声价》手稿本及国立戏剧专科学校档案入手,可以管窥、再现陈瘦竹创作之际的小城生活情状,以及其小说向戏剧过渡的文体之转辙。陈瘦竹封笔之作《声价》在一定程度上构成了其生活史层面的自叙传,在斑驳修改中呈现出剧人对戏剧性问题的思索与实践迹象。倘置之于文学场域,以“经济”视角书写的《声价》在某种意义上也彰显出陈瘦竹对乡土批判的文人立场,以及抗战大后方文学的多重面向。After completing the novel The Price of Sound in 1943,the playwright Chen Shouzhu stopped writing and turned to theater criticism and research.By examining the manuscript of The Price of Sound housed in the Second Historical Archives of China and the archives of the National Theatre Academy,we can have a glimpse of and reproduce Chen Shouzhu’s life in the small town during his creative period,as well as his transition of the genre from novel to drama.His final work,The Price of Sound,constitutes to a certain extent a self-narrative biography of the writer’s life,showing signs of the playwright’s contemplation and practice of theatricality in the varied revisions.If placed in the literary field,The Price of Sound,written from an“economic”perspective,in a certain sense also reveals Chen Shouzhu’s literati stance in his critique of the countryside,as well as the multifaceted nature of the literature in the rear of Anti-Japanese War.
