摘　　要：硫酸阿巴卡韦的USP标准中,杂质A为去环丙基杂质。通过设计巧妙的合成路线,后处理采用重结晶、成盐等简便操作,高收率地制得该杂质。该杂质纯度高,适合大规模制备,为阿巴卡韦中间体及原料药的质量研究提供技术支持。In the USP standard of abacavir sulfate,impurity A is a de-cyclopropyl impurity.The impurtiy can be effectively synthesized and characterized by designing an ingenious synthetic route.The synthesis of this impurity provides support and assistance for the study of the impurity profile of abacavir sulfate and the establishment of quality standard in the future.
