摘 要:针对活性炭粒径越小吸附效率越高的特点,在合肥某净水厂开展200目粉末活性炭应用的生产性试验,探索其在净水厂反应池和滤前大剂量投加的可行性。试验结果表明:在原水水质相当的情况下,200目粉末活性炭较80~200目粉末活性炭单耗能降低了34.4%;在配水井投加12.8~26.3 mg/L粉末活性炭,沉淀出水浑浊度明显升高,滤后水浑浊度、颗粒数量没有明显变化;滤前投加5 mg/L粉末活性炭,对滤后水浑浊度、颗粒数也无明显影响;40倍显微镜镜检滤后水,未发现活性炭颗粒。In response to the characteristics that the smaller the powdered activated carbon particle size is,the higher the adsorption efficiency,a production trial of 200 mesh powdered activated carbon was carried out in a water treatment plant in Hefei to explore the feasibility of high-dose addition in the reaction tank and before filtration of the water treatment.The results showed that the unit consumption of 200 mesh powdered activated carbon was 34.4%lower than 80 to 200 mesh when used in the treatment of the same quality of raw water;Add 200 mesh powdered activated carbon to the distribution well,the turbidity of water after sedimentation was increased significantly and there was no change of particles quantity and turbidity of water after filtration on the dosage of 12.8 to 26.3 mg/L,as well as on the dosage of 5 mg/L before filtration.No activated carbon particles were found in the filtered water by 40 times microscope.
