摘  要:目的 探讨血清硒和镁水平与乳腺癌发病风险之间的关系,评估其在乳腺癌预防中的潜在作用。方法 本研究基于美国国家健康与营养调查的数据,纳入2007年至2020年间共2 976例女性参与者。通过Logistic回归模型分析血清硒和镁水平与乳腺癌发病风险的关系,并分别调整了种族、体质量指数、糖尿病、心血管疾病、贫困收入比、教育水平、年龄和婚姻状况等混杂因素。结果 血清硒水平与乳腺癌的发生呈负相关,血清硒水平较高者乳腺癌的风险显著降低(OR=0.991,P=0.049);血清镁水平与乳腺癌的关系未显示出显著性(OR=1.005,P=0.215),其对乳腺癌风险的影响不明确。结论 血清硒水平较高可能具有降低乳腺癌发生风险的保护作用,而镁与乳腺癌风险的关系较为复杂,尚需进一步研究确认。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum selenium and magnesium levels and breast cancer incidence risk.It also evaluates the potential role of these trace elements in breast cancer prevention.Methods Data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey was analyzed,including 2976 female participants from 2007 to 2020.A logistic regression model was used to assess the association between serum selenium and magnesium levels and breast cancer risk,adjusting for confounding factors such as race,body mass index,diabetes,cardiovascular disease,poverty-income ratio,education level,age and marital status.Results The findings indicate that higher serum selenium levels were significantly associated with a reduced risk of breast cancer(OR=0.991,P=0.0499).However,no significant association was found between magnesium levels and breast cancer risk(OR=1.005,P=0.215),leaving its potential impact unclear.Conclusion Higher serum selenium levels may offer protective benefits against breast cancer,while the role of magnesium remains uncertain and requires further investigation.
