摘  要:缺氧可加速肿瘤的发生发展、免疫逃逸以及治疗耐受等生物学过程,肿瘤源性外泌体(tumor-derived exosomes,TEXs)在其中发挥重要作用。TEXs是携带亲代肿瘤细胞生物活性物质的小囊泡,是细胞间通讯的重要介质。缺氧可导致TEXs的分泌量显著增加,并诱导其异质化,从而使靶细胞作出适应性改变。本文就缺氧诱导TEXs粒径、组分及功能异质化中的具体作用机制作一综述,以期开拓肿瘤诊断、治疗及预后相关的新思路。Tumor-derived exosomes(TEXs)play an important role in the rapid progression,immune escape and treatment tolerance of the tumor induced by hypoxia.TEXs are small vesicles carrying bioactive substances of parental tumor cells and are important mediators of intercellular communication.Hypoxia can cause a significant increase in the secretion of TEXs and induce their heterogenesis,leading to adaptive changes in target cells.This paper reviews the specific mechanism of hypoxia-induced heterogeneity of particle size,composition and function of TEXs,so as to explore new ideas related to tumor diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
