摘　　要：研究基于文献计量学方法,利用中国知网(CNKI)数据库,对1980—2021年中国野生食用菌研究文献进行分析。结果表明,野生食用菌研究起源于20世纪80年代,初期集中于资源评估与驯化技术研究,后逐渐转向产业发展。众多研究机构与期刊涵盖了广泛的研究领域,主要集中在食用价值、医用价值及生态环境方面。研究热点随着对资源的深入认识和技术的不断成熟而发生变化,从最初的资源调查、栽培技术,到经济价值的体现,再到如今的资源可持续利用。野生食用菌产业处于稳定发展阶段,技术与资源调查成熟,未来有望在产业发展模式、特色产业构建及资源整合利用方面进行创新,为野生食用菌的研究与开发提供参考。The study is based on bibliometric methods,utilizing the CNKI database to analyze research literature on wild edible fungi in China from 1980 to 2021.The research found that the study of wild edible fungi originated in the 1980s,initially focusing on resource assessment and do⁃mestication techniques,and then gradually shifted towards industrial development.There are numer⁃ous research institutions and a wide range of published journals,covering a broad spectrum of re⁃search areas,mainly concentrating on their edible,medicinal values,and ecological environment.Re⁃search hotspots have changed along with the understanding of resources and the maturity of technol⁃ogy,from resource surveys and cultivation techniques to the exploration of economic value,and then to the sustainable utilization of resources.The wild edible fungi industry is in a stable development phase,with mature technology and resource surveys,and is expected to innovate in the future in terms of industrial development models,the construction of characteristic industries,and the compre⁃hensive utilization of resources.This study provides valuable references for the research and develop⁃ment of wild edible fungi.
