摘　　要：红花为菊科红花属植物,是一种药油兼用的特种经济作物。红花的主要品质指标包括黄酮类化合物含量、生物碱类化合物含量和有机酸类化合物含量。羟基红花黄色素A和山柰酚是红花黄酮类成分,其含量是评价红花品质的重要指标。不同的红花基因型、产地、栽培措施、生态因子等因素都会影响红花品质。明确红花主要品质指标及其影响因子对于红花新品种选育及品质改良具有重要的意义。Safflower is a plant of the genus Carthamus in the Compositae family.It is a distinc⁃tive economic crop that can be used as medicine and oil.The main quality indicators of safflower in⁃clude flavonoid content,alkaloid content and organic acid content.Hydroxysafflor yellow A and kaempferol are flavonoid components of safflower,and their content is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of safflower.Different safflower genotypes,origins,cultivation practices,eco⁃logical factors,etc.significantly influence the quality of safflower.Therefore,clarifying the main qual⁃ity indicators and influencing factors of safflower is of great significance for the breeding and quality improvement of new safflower varieties.
