摘 要:为探究温度循环对壁画地仗层与支撑体接触面力学性能的影响,对天津明代壁画残块进行成分及配比分析以制作壁画地仗层与支撑体接触面试样,通过温度循环、单轴拉伸试验与直接剪切试验分析壁画地仗层与支撑体接触面的抗拉强度和抗剪强度的变化规律,揭示壁画地仗层与支撑体接触面的力学损伤机理。结果表明:随着温度循环次数的增加,壁画地仗层与支撑体接触面试样损伤逐渐恶化,尤其是接触面处裂隙发育严重;壁画地仗层与支撑体接触面试样的抗拉及抗剪强度随着温度循环逐渐下降,循环30次后抗拉及抗剪强度明显降低;壁画地仗层与支撑体接触面试样强度的损失主要集中于循环的前30次,此后温度对接触面试样的抗剪强度影响逐渐减小。研究成果不仅证实了温度循环是造成壁画内部空鼓和脱落等病害的原因之一,也为壁画保护工作提供一定参考。To explore the influence of temperature cycles on the mechanical properties of contact surface between mural base and support,the composition of the attachments for Tianjin Ming murals was analyzed as well as their average proportion.The temperature cycle,uniaxial tensile test and direct shear test was adopted to examine the contact surface of tensile strength and shear strength change rule,with the contact surface of mechanical damage mechanism revealed.The results show that,with the increase of temperature cycles,the damage of the samples of the base and the support gradually deteriorated,especially the cracks at the contact surface;the tensile and shear strength of the samples of the contact surface of the base and the support gradually decreased with the temperature cycle,and the tensile and shear strength of the contact surface decreased significantly after 30 cycles;the loss of the contact surface sample strength was mainly concentrated in the first 30 times of the cycle,and the influence of temperature on the shear strength of the contact surface samples gradually decreases.The research confirms that the temperature cycle is one of the causes for the void and shedding of the mural,which provides some reference for the protection of the mural.
