摘 要:目的探索布卢姆教学认知与瑞士奶酪模型联合教学模式在护理临床带教的应用价值。方法选择通化市中心医院2023年1月—2024年12月在呼吸科学习的护理实习生共52名,将入科的学生随机分为两组,A组共26名采用传统临床带教模式教学,B组共26名采用瑞士奶酪模型与布鲁姆教学目标联合模式教学,教学完成后两组学生均进行相同的理论知识、操作技能与临床思维能力考核,并进行相同的问卷调查。结果B组的理论知识考核成绩、操作技能考核以及临床思维能力考核成绩均高于A组,B组的课堂注意力、学习兴趣、自学能力的提升、临床思维的提升以及临床技能的掌握满意率均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布卢姆教学认知与瑞士奶酪模型联合教学模式在护理临床带教中能得到学生的认可,能有效提升教学成效。Objective To evaluate the combined teaching value of the Bloom’s Taxonomy of Cognitive Domain combined with the Swiss Cheese Model on clinical nursing tutoring.Methods A total of 52 nursing interns who studied in the respiratory department of Tonghua Central Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were randomly divided equally into two groups:A and B.Group A and B were treated with traditional clinical teaching methods and the Taxonomy of Cognitive Domain combined with the Swiss Cheese Model.At the end of the clinical teaching,both groups were assessed for theoretical knowledge,operational skills,and clinical thinking abilities,and survey with the same questionnaire.Results Group B showed significantly higher scores of theoretical knowledge assessment,operational skills assessment,and clinical thinking ability assessment compared to Group A.Additionally,Group B exhibited significantly better performances in classroom attention,learning interest,self-learning ability,clinical thinking,as well as a significantly higher satisfaction rate of clinical skill operations as well(P<0.05).Conclusion The Taxonomy of Cognitive Domain Combined with the Swiss Cheese Model enhances teaching efficiency and is well-received among nursing interns in clinical nursing tutoring.
