厚朴酚与氟化物联合应用对儿童龋病的临床防治研究

摘　　要：目的研究厚朴酚与氟化物联合应用对儿童龋病的临床防治作用。方法将120例龋病患儿按照随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组予常规氟化物治疗,治疗组予厚朴酚联合氟化物治疗,2组均治疗24周。比较2组治疗前及治疗12、24周后龋失补指数(DMFT)评分、唾液酸碱度(pH值)、唾液中变形链球菌水平、口腔健康影响程度量表(OHIP-14)评分变化。结果治疗组治疗12、24周后DMFT评分均低于对照组治疗同期(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗12、24周后唾液pH值均高于对照组治疗同期(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗12、24周后唾液中变形链球菌水平均低于对照组治疗同期(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗12、24周后OHIP-14评分均低于对照组治疗同期(P<0.05)。结论厚朴酚与氟化物联合应用对儿童龋病的防治具有明显的临床效果,能有效减轻龋病严重程度,提高唾液pH值,降低唾液中变形链球菌水平,改善口腔健康。Objective To study the clinical effect of magnolol combined with fluoride on dental caries in children.Methods One hundred and twenty children with dental caries were randomized 1∶1 to receive conventional treatment with fluoride(control group)or magnolol+fluoride(treatment group)for 24 weeks.The aim was to compare dental caries severity score,pH value of saliva,Streptococcus mutans in saliva,Oral Health Impact Profile-14(OHIP-14)on day 0,and at weeks 12 and 24.Results At weeks 12 and 24,the treatment group presented significantly lower dental caries severity score,higher pH value of saliva,lower level of Streptococcus mutans in saliva,and lower OHIP-14 score than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion For children with dental caries,magnolol combined with fluoride has obvious clinical effects,which can effectively reduce the severity of dental caries,increase pH value of saliva,reduce the level of Streptococcus mutans in saliva,and improve the oral quality of life.
