摘　　要：卷烟设备ZB416A是国内为细支烟商标纸开发的高速包装机型,该设备机速快,生产效率高,但是在运行时,存在包装胶喷涂不畅、容易堵塞喷嘴的问题。为解决高速卷烟包装机ZB416A因包装胶的上机适应性,而造成的喷嘴堵塞,频繁停机的问题,试验考察了包装胶影响上机性能的技术指标,这些指标包括流变特性、布氏黏度及干燥速度。结果表明:包装胶流变特性符合假塑性流体,布氏黏度指标控制在180 MPa·s,通过添加保湿剂聚乙二醇调整干燥速度,表干时间为127 s时,包装胶的上机适应性最佳。从而确定了包装胶的最佳配方及其技术指标,最终解决了包装胶在卷烟包装机ZB416A上机适用性问题。The ZB416A cigarette packaging machine is a high-speed packaging model domestically developed in China for the label paper of fine-cut cigarettes.Characterized by high operating speed and high production efficiency,this machine,however,encounters issues during operation,such as inefficient spraying of the cigarette packaging adhesive and easy nozzle clogging.To resolve the problems of nozzle clogging and frequent shutdowns in the high-speed ZB416A cigarette packaging machine,which are attributed to the adaptability of the packaging adhesive to the machine,the technical parameters affecting the machine-running performance of the packaging adhesive were experimentally examined.These parameters include rheological properties,Brookfield viscosity,and drying rate.The results demonstrate that the rheological properties of the cigarette packaging adhesive conform to those of pseudoplastic fluids,and the Brookfield viscosity index is maintained at 180 mPa·s.By adding the humectant polyethylene glycol to regulate the drying rate,when the surface-drying time reaches 127 s,the packaging adhesive attains optimal adaptability to the machine.Consequently,the optimal formulation and technical parameters of the cigarette packaging adhesive have been determined,ultimately resolving the adaptability issue of the packaging adhesive for the ZB416A cigarette packaging machine.
