摘  要:针对大型煤化工动力厂多数为母管制锅炉,母管压力的变化体现了化工生产负荷与各锅炉总负荷变化的供给平衡。管网压力存在大惯性、大延迟的特性,且多台锅炉及多压力等级管网之间又存在多变量、强耦合的特性,简单的控制策略及算法已无法满足全工况下的自动运行。研究提出了一种基于能量平衡的神经网络控制方案,能快速响应管网蒸汽供给变化,大幅度提升母管压力的控制精度,同时,降低了炉侧的给煤波动,使单炉运行更加稳定,为锅炉燃烧优化提供了有利条件。In view of the fact that most of the large-scale coal chemical power plants are mother tube boilers,the change of mother tube pressure reflects the supply balance between the chemical production load and the total load of each boiler.The pressure of the pipe network has the characteristics of large inertia and large delay,and there are multi-variable and strong coupling characteristics between multiple boilers and multi-pressure level pipe networks,and the simple control strategy and algorithm can no longer meet the automatic operation under all working conditions.In this study,a neural network control scheme based on energy balance is proposed,which can quickly respond to the changes of steam supply in the pipe network,greatly improve the control accuracy of the pressure of the mother pipe,and at the same time,reduce the fluctuation of coal feed on the furnace side,make the operation of the single furnace more stable,and provide favorable conditions for the optimization of boiler combustion.
