摘  要:针对目前色纺企业在色纺纱品种多、订单批量小、色纺工艺变化大的情况下,人工生产易出现调度困难和效果差的问题,提出一种采用改进蚁群算法的色纺企业生产调度方法。基于实际生产条件和要求,建立了色纺细纱工序生产调度模型,以订单交期积分规则评分、细纱机等待翻改的停台时间、最大完工时间和订单超期总数为目标,考虑了细纱机接续生产纱线品种相似度,并改进了蚁群算法,以色纺企业不同规模细纱机和订单量的生产调度问题进行仿真实验,证明了该方法的有效性和鲁棒性。研究表明,此改进蚁群算法生产调度效果优于人工调度方法,能够满足色纺企业实际场景下生产调度的需要。As a branch of textile industry,the color textile enterpriseshas the characteristics of multi-variety,small batch,great variety and short delivery time.There are differences in production scheduling between colored spun yarns and natural yarns.The workshop needs to simultaneously produce colored spun yarns of different colors and different blending ratios.Moreover,each type of colored yarn requires different semi-finished raw materials for each production process.it is difficult to respond quickly and high error probability.However,traditional manual production scheduling involves a large workload making it difficult to respond quickly and resulting in a high probability of errors.To address this issue first a production scheduling model for colored spinning processes was constructed by taking into account factors such as machine downtime order variety and color sequences.The objective functions are minimizing the score of order delivery time based on a calculus rule,minimizing the downtime of ring spinning machines waiting for changes,minimizing the maximum completion time,and minimizing the total number of overdue orders.Since the colored spinning workshop produces colored spun yarns of different colors simultaneously,various issues of fiber cross-contamination occur.The production scheduling model for colored spun yarn enterprises introduces a flexible constraint on the similarity of yarn types in successive production orders on ring spinning machines,thereby avoiding the occurrence of order blocking situations.Due to the large solution set range and complex constraints of the model as well as the high computations and tendency of traditional ant colony algorithms to fall into local optimal solutions in solving large-scale scheduling problems this paper proposed an improved ant colony algorithm incorporating candidate list strategy adaptive pheromone updating and a max-min ant system to solve the model.The algorithm parameters were selected using the grid search method,with the pheromone factorα=2.0,the heuri
