摘　　要：针对封闭式组合电器中隔离开关组件装配效率低、质量检测手段落后等问题,设计多型号隔离开关混线装配检测的自动化产线。从隔离开关装配的工艺流程进行分析,结合人工生产模式,设计自动化装配工艺流程,以生产节拍最短及工位节拍平衡为目标开展流程精益化调整,并利用成组技术实现隔离开关多品种、小批量、自动化、混流生产。同时产线实现了集装配、检测、过程记录与追溯等功能为一体。验证结果表明:产线能够适应6种以上不同型号隔离开关混线生产,生产节拍的优化和自动化装备的应用缩短了等待时间,提高了生产效率,降低了工人的劳动强度。隔离开关自动化装配产线的构建模式,对应用智能制造技术、构建自动生产线和实现智能制造在生产中的应用具有较好的参考价值。It was designed that an automated production line for mixed line assembly and testing of multiple types of isolating switches,which aimed at the issues of low assembly efficiency,outdated quality inspection methods and so on in the isolating switch of enclosed-type assembled switch gears.We analyzed the process flow of isolating switches assembly,and combined with manual production mode,designed an automated assembly process flow,and carried out process lean adjustment with the goal of minimizing production cycle and balancing workstation cycle,at the same time,used group technology to achieve multi variety,small batch,automated,and mixed flow production of isolating switches.And the production line integrated functions such as assembly,testing,process recording,tracing ability and so on.The verification results showed that the production line could adapt to the mixed production of more than 6 different types of isolation switches.The optimization of production pace and the application of automation equipment shortened waiting time,improved production efficiency,and reduced the labor intensity of workers.The construction mode of the isolation switch automation assembly production line had good reference value for the application of intelligent manufacturing technology,the construction of automatic production lines,and the realization of intelligent manufacturing in production.
