摘  要:为了提高切削加工轨迹的平滑性,设计了考虑反馈补偿的五轴联动数控刀具切削加工平滑插补算法。采用平滑插补的方式,根据反馈偏差角补偿值修正刀具切削路径,以确保切削轨迹的平滑性。应用该方法后,刀具的加速度在2.3~2.8 m/s2之间波动,说明该方法有效降低了切削加速度,使切削加工的轨迹更加平滑。In order to improve the smoothness of the cutting trajectory,this study designs a smooth interpolation algorithm for five-axis linkage CNC tool cutting machining considering feedback compensation.Smooth interpolation is used to correct the tool cutting path according to the feedback deviation angle compensation value to ensure the smoothness of the cutting trajectory.It can be seen that the acceleration of the tool fluctuates between 2.3 and 2.8 m/s2 after the application of the method,which indicates that the method effectively reduces the cutting acceleration and makes the trajectory of cutting machining smoother.
