摘  要:针对人工水草、生物炭和功能菌用于水体氮磷污染物去除时,存在人工水草表面生物膜易脱落、生物炭和菌体易流失等问题,研究了功能菌/生物炭/人工水草三元固定化体(BM-BC-CFK)去除水体氮磷污染物的性能。用包埋法在氨氧化产碱菌和粪产碱菌1∶1混合菌悬液体积分数22%、海藻酸钠质量分数1.5%、生物炭质量分数1.2%的条件下制备的BM-BC-CFK性能最优,其表面粗糙,存在大量孔隙,比表面积和孔体积大,利于污染物的吸附和氧气的传输。BM-BC-CFK在温度为30℃、pH为7、投加量为0.04 g/mL的条件下,对氨氮、总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)的最高去除率分别可达到80.07%、70.79%、59.63%。重复使用4次后,BM-BC-CFK对氨氮、TN和TP的去除率仍分别可达到56.80%、44.28%、36.02%,具有一定的可重复利用性。In view of the problems that artificial aquatic grass,biochar and functional bacteria were easy to fall off or lose when they were used to remove nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants,the removal performance of nitrogen and phosphorus pollutants by functional bacteria/biochar/artificial aquatic grass ternary immobilization body(BM-BC-CFK)was studied.BM-BC-CFK was prepared by embedding method.The optimum preparation conditions were obtained as follows:the mass percentage of sodium alginate was 1.5%,the mass percentage of biochar was 1.2%,and the volume percentage of 1∶1 mixed bacterial suspended liquid(containing Alcaligenes ammonioxydans and Alcaligenes faecalis)was 22%.The obtained BM-BC-CFK had rough surface and a lot of pores,which was conducive to pollutant adsorption and oxygen transmission with high specific area and pore volume.Under the conditions of temperature 30℃,pH 7 and dosage 0.04 g/mL,the optimal removal rates of ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen(TN),and total phosphorus(TP)by BM-BC-CFK could reach 80.07%,70.79%and 59.63%,respectively.And after 4 repeated use,the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP could still reach 56.80%,44.28%and 36.02%,respectively,indicating that BM-BC-CFK had reusability.
