摘  要:数字化技术的迅猛进步已深刻影响了口腔医学的发展,其在口腔修复材料及口腔修复体制造工艺方面具有重要意义。借助于减材制造方式,采用陶瓷和金属材料制作的口腔修复体已在临床上广泛应用,由于其具有优异的机械性能,可获得良好的中长期临床效果。增材制造技术凭借其较高的材料使用效率,展现出巨大的应用潜力;然而,该技术所涉及材料的综合性能及其在临床实践中的适用性仍需深入探索与研究。文章就减材制造与增材制造技术在口腔修复材料领域的研究和应用现状做一阐述,分析聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、高强度聚合物、复合树脂、陶瓷及金属等多种口腔修复材料的性能特征及未来研发趋势。The rapid advancement of digital technology has profoundly impacted the field of dentistry,particularly in the development of dental materials and the manufacturing processes for dental restorations.With the aid of subtractive manufacturing(SM),dental restorations made from ceramic and metal materials have been widely applied in clinical practice due to their excellent mechanical properties,which result in favorable mid-to long-term clinical outcomes.Additive manufacturing(AM)technologies,with their higher material utilization efficiency,demonstrate significant potential for future applications.However,the comprehensive properties of materials used in AM,as well as their clinical applicability,still require further exploration and research.This review discusses the current research and applications of SM and AM in dental restorative materials,analyzing the properties and future development trends of various restorative materials such as polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),high-performance polymers,composite resins,ceramics,and metals.
