摘 要:综述了海洋发光菌的分离培养技术,以及甘油、无机盐、温度、盐度、酸碱度和渗透压等对海洋发光菌生长和发光的影响。目前分离的海洋发光菌主要为弧菌属、另类弧菌属、发光杆菌属、希瓦氏菌属和小浴氏菌属,分析了其物种多样性和生境来源。归纳总结了海洋发光菌在环境监测、生物医学、通信遥感、生活照明等4个方面的应用,提出了在海洋发光菌培养基中加入特定的营养物质或调控底物、利用自动化和机器学习进行高通量微生物培养、对培养物采用先检测后筛选的分离培养策略等后续研究方向。In this paper,the isolation and culture techniques of marine luminescent bacteria and the effects of glycerol,inorganic salt,temperature,salinity,pH and osmotic pressure on their growth and luminescence were reviewed.At present,the isolated marine luminescent bacteria were mainly Vibrio,Aliivibrio,Photobacterium,Shewanella and Kosakonia,and their species diversity and habitat sources were analyzed.The applications of marine luminescent bacteria in environmental monitoring,biomedicine,communication remote sensing and residential lighting were summarized.Further research directions were pointed out,including adding specific nutrients or regulating substrates to the culture medium of marine luminescent bacteria,using automation and machine learning for high-throughput microbial culture,and adopting a isolation and culture method of testing before screening.
