磁控胶囊内镜在不明原因消化道出血诊断中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察磁控胶囊内镜(MCCE)联合传统内镜在不明原因消化道出血(OGIB)诊断中的临床应用效果。方法回顾性选取2019年5月至2024年6月入皖南医学院第二附属医院就诊的60例OGIB患者,所有患者均接受MCCE检查,分析MCCE在OGIB诊断中的应用特点及优势。结果60例OGIB患者均接受小肠、胃部MCCE检查,48例(80.00%)患者的人工阅片与辅助阅片系统一致,22例(36.67%)病例确诊,其中16例患者符合辅助阅片系统诊断。22例确诊患者中,16例拟诊小肠病症,3例结肠病症,3例上消化道病症;7例接受口服药物治疗,4例接受内镜下止血治疗,7例接受外科手术,4例随诊观察。结论OGIB诊断中MCCE应用效果显著,可进行胃腔巡航时检查,且可为结肠病症、小肠系统病症诊断提供全面的参考数据,诊断精准性更高。Objective To study the clinical effect of magnetically controlled capsule endoscopy(MCCE)combined with traditional endoscopy in the diagnosis of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding(OGIB).Methods A total of 60 OGIB patients who entered the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from May 2019 to June 2024 were retrospectively selected for MCCE to analyze the application characteristics and advantages of MCCE in the diagnosis of OGIB.Results All 60 OGIB patients underwent MCCE of small intestine and stomach,48 cases(80.00%)agreed with the auxiliary reading system,22 cases(36.67%)were confirmed,and 16 cases met the assisted reading system diagnosis.Among the 22 cases confirmed,16 cases were diagnosed with small bowel disease,3 cases were diagnosed with colon disease,and 3 were diagnosed with upper gastrointestinal disease;7 cases received oral medication,4 cases received endoscopic hemostasis,7 cases received surgical operation,and 4 cases were followed up.Conclusion In the diagnosis of OGIB,MCCE can be examined during gastric cavity cruise,and can provide comprehensive reference data for the diagnosis of colon disease and small bowel system disease,and the diagnosis accuracy is higher.
