摘　　要：活性多肽因其独特的生物学功能,近年来在皮肤疾病的治疗及医学美容中得到了广泛应用。这些由氨基酸组成的小分子能够调节皮肤细胞功能,展现出抗菌、抗炎、促进细胞再生和抗氧化等多种功效,显著改善皮肤的病理状态,并在美白、抗皱和抗衰老等美容领域展现良好效果。本文综述了活性多肽在皮肤疾病和医学美容中的应用,重点探讨其在痤疮疤痕修复、美白祛斑、抗皱、抗衰老、抗敏舒缓及防脱发等方面的机制与效果。同时展望活性多肽在未来临床与市场中的发展前景,揭示其在促进皮肤健康与医学美容方面的巨大潜力。Bioactive peptides have gained widespread application in the treatment of skin diseases and medical aesthetics in recent years due to their unique biological functions.These small molecules,composed of amino acids,can regulate skin cell functions,exhibiting various effects such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,cell regeneration-promoting,and antioxidant properties.They significantly improve pathological skin conditions and demonstrate efficacy in areas such as whitening,wrinkle reduction,and anti-aging.This article reviews the applications of bioactive peptides in skin diseases and medical aesthetics,with a focus on their mechanisms and effects in acne repair,pigmentation reduction,wrinkle reduction,anti-aging,soothing sensitive skin,and hair loss prevention.Furthermore,relevant case studies will be discussed to explore the future clinical and market prospects of bioactive peptides,revealing their tremendous potential in enhancing skin health and beauty.
