摘　　要：目的 探讨核糖体蛋白S16(RPS16)在胃癌原发灶和淋巴结转移灶中的表达情况及临床意义。方法 收集上海长海医院胃癌患者术后标本105例,构建组织芯片,采用免疫组化法检测RPS16的表达,观察RPS16在胃癌原发灶、癌旁组织及淋巴结转移灶中的表达水平及其与胃癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 在105例胃癌原发灶样本中,RPS16蛋白的高表达率为59.05%(62/105)。原发灶中RPS16的表达与TNM分期和年龄相关(P<0.05);RPS16高表达者的中位总生存期为18.0个月,短于低表达者的40.3个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。淋巴结转移灶中RPS16的表达强度显著高于原发灶中的表达强度(P<0.05)。结论 RPS16的表达强度随胃癌进展逐渐升高,且高表达者预后较差,提示RPS16在胃癌的发生、发展中发挥作用,或可作为判断胃癌患者预后的潜在指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of ribosomal protein S16(RPS16)in human gastric cancer primary and lymph node metastasis tissues.Methods A total of 105 surgical samples from Shanghai Changhai Hospital were collected,tissue chips were constructed,and immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of RPS16 protein in gastric cancer adjacent tissues,primary lesions and lymph node metastases,and the relationship between RPS16 expression and clinical features was analyzed.Results The overexpression rate of RPS16 protein was 59.05%(62/105)in 105 primary gastric cancer samples.The expression of RPS16 in primary lesions was statistically correlated with clinical TNM stage and age(P<0.05).The median overall survival of patients with RPS16 overexpression was 18.0 months,which was significantly lower than 40.3 months of patients with low expression,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The expression intensity of RPS16 in lymph node metastases was significantly higher than that in primary lesions(P<0.05).Conclusion With the progression of gastric cancer,the expression intensity of RPS16 increases gradually,and the prognosis of patients with high expression is poor,suggesting that RPS16 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and can be used as a potential prognostic indicator for patients with gastric cancer.
