摘 要:为满足伺服机构在不同负载工况下的性能测试需求,设计了一种能够同时施加多种力矩载荷的大载荷电液负载模拟系统。根据系统原理和结构组成,建立系统的数学模型,得出了系统谐振频率的理论计算公式;搭建Simulink仿真模型,从频域的角度深入分析了质量、刚度以及阻尼系数对系统谐振特性的影响。仿真表明,可以通过改变液压缸的等效支撑刚度和小质量块的质量调整第一、二谐振峰的位置和幅值,同时可以通过增大系统阻尼减小谐振峰对系统的影响,为负载模拟系统的设计优化以及其谐振峰的调整和抑制提供了重要的理论支撑。In order to meet the performance test requirements of the servo mechanism under different load conditions,a large-load electro-hydraulic load simulation system that can apply multiple moment loads at the same time is designed.According to the principle and structural composition of the system,the mathematical model of the system is established,and the theoretical calculation formula of the resonant frequency of the system is obtained.A Simulink simulation model is built,and the effects of mass,stiffness and damping coefficient on the resonance characteristics of the system are analyzed in depth from the perspective of frequency domain.The simulation results show that the position and amplitude of the first and second resonance peaks can be adjusted by changing the equivalent support stiffness of the hydraulic cylinder and the mass of the small mass,and the influence of the resonance peak on the system can be reduced by increasing the system damping,which provides an important theoretical support for the design optimization of the load simulation system and the adjustment and suppression of its resonance peak.
