摘 要:根据车床拨叉上钻孔的结构特点对钻孔专用夹具进行了结构设计,基于ANSYS软件对夹具体进行有限元数值模拟和轻量化优化设计,并对优化结构进行模态分析验证。结果表明:原夹具体的应力、变形较小,存在较大的结构优化空间,轻量化优化方案在应力、总变形基本不变的情况下,夹具体质量减轻了1.94%,提高了优化效率,实现了钻孔专用夹具体的轻量化,且优化后的夹具体结构合理,不会出现共振,为该类零件的加工装夹和大批量生产制造提供参考依据。Based on the structural characteristics of drilling holes on the lathe fork,a special drilling fixture was designed,finite element numerical simulation and lightweight optimization design were carried out on the clamp using ANSYS software,and modal analysis verification was carried out on the optimized structure.The results show that the original clamp has relatively small stress and deformation,and there is a large space for structural optimization,the lightweight optimization scheme reduces the specific weight of the clamp by 1.94%while keeping the stress and total deformation basically unchanged,improving the optimization efficiency and achieving the lightweight of drilling specific clamps,the optimized clamp structure is reasonable and does not exhibit resonance,providing a reference basis for the processing,clamping,and mass production of such parts.
