摘 要:针对带式输送机张紧系统存在的动态调节能力差的问题,对带式输送机张紧装置进行优化设计。首先,在分析张紧装置机械结构的基础上,完成张紧系统软硬件方案设计;然后以AB 1769-L33ERM控制器为核心,采用预测控制技术分析了张紧装置启动、停机、制动以及运行4种工况张紧力;最后完成实验分析。结果表明,设计并实现的带式输送机张紧装置负载张紧力预测误差为2.62%,预测精度可达93.1%,张紧力预测值与实际值相似性可达88.2%,提升了张紧系统动态调节能力。In view of the poor dynamic adjustment ability of the belt conveyor tensioning system,the optimal design of the belt conveyor tensioning device was carried out.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the mechanical structure of the tensioning device,the software and hardware scheme of the tensioning system is designed.Then,with AB 1769-L33ERM controller as the core,the tensioning force of the tensioning device under four working conditions of starting,stopping,braking and running is analyzed by using predictive control technology.Finally,the experimental analysis was completed.The results show that the tension force prediction error of the designed and realized belt conveyor tension device is 2.62%,the prediction accuracy can reach 93.1%,and the similarity between the predicted value and the actual value can reach 88.2%,which improves the dynamic adjustment ability of the tension system.
