摘 要:【目的】探讨早期滋养型肠内营养在重症脑梗死患者中的应用效果。【方法】选取2020年2月至2022年12月两院收治的72例重症脑梗死患者,根据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予早期滋养型肠内营养治疗,比较两组治疗前后认知功能、免疫功能、康复效果、神经功能缺损程度及不良反应发生情况。【结果】治疗后,两组定向力评分、语言能力评分、计算力评分、注意力评分、记忆力评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组格拉斯哥昏迷量表(GCS)评分高于治疗前,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于治疗前,且观察组GCS评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】早期滋养型肠内营养治疗重症脑梗死可提高患者免疫功能,改善其认知功能,促进患者康复,改善神经功能,且安全性较好。【Objective】To investigate the efficacy of early nourishing enteral nutrition in patients with severe cerebral infarction.【Methods】A total of 72 patients with severe cerebral infarction admitted from February 2020 to December 2022 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 36 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,while those in the observation group underwent early nourishing enteral nutrition therapy in addition to conventional treatment.The cognitive function,immune function,rehabilitation effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.【Results】After treatment,the orientation score,language ability score,calculation ability score,attention score,and memory score of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the Glasgow Coma Scale(GCS)scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,while the National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores were lower than those before treatment.The GCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Early nourishing enteral nutrition in the treatment of severe cerebral infarction can enhance the immune function of patients,improve the cognitive function,promote the rehabilitation of patients,improve neurological function,and reduce the in
