悬吊运动疗法结合针刺夹脊穴对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨悬吊运动疗法结合针刺夹脊穴对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能的影响。【方法】本院收治的98例脑卒中偏瘫患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组实施常规康复护理,观察组实施悬吊运动疗法结合针刺夹脊穴护理。实施康复护理3个月后,比较两组患者平衡功能以及步行能力。【结果】护理后,两组患者的Berg平衡量表(BBS)、下肢Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA-L)、改良Barthel指数量表(MBI)评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的步态分析、10 m最大步行速度(10MWS)、步态分析评分功能性步行量表(FAC)评分均高于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】悬吊运动疗法配合针刺夹脊穴对脑卒中后偏瘫患者的平衡功能和日常生活自理能力的改善效果显著,值得临床借鉴与推广。【Objective】To explore the effects of combining suspension therapy with acupuncture at the paravertebral points on the balance function of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.【Methods】A total of 98 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation care,while the observation group received suspension therapy combined with acupuncture at the paravertebral points.After 3 months of rehabilitation care,the balance function and walking ability of both groups were compared.【Results】After rehabilitation,the Berg Balance Scale(BBS),lower limb Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA-L),and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,with the observation group showing significantly better results(P<0.05).The gait analysis,10-meter walking speed(10MWS),and Functional Ambulation Classification(FAC)scores of both groups were also higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),with the observation group outperforming the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Suspension therapy combined with acupuncture at the paravertebral points significantly improves the balance function and activities of daily living in patients with post-stroke hemiplegia,making it a valuable clinical approach for rehabilitation.
