复方血栓通滴丸对视网膜静脉阻塞患者血清VEGF及眼血流动力学指标的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨复方血栓通滴丸对视网膜静脉阻塞患者血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及眼血流动力学指标的影响。【方法】选取2019年1月至2022年3月陕西省城固县中医医院收治的80例视网膜静脉阻塞患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(采用常规药物治疗)和观察组(在对照组的基础上加用复方血栓通滴丸),每组40例。比较两组治疗后疗效及治疗前后中医症状评分、VEGF水平、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平、一氧化氮(NO)水平、收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、阻力指数(RI)。【结果】观察组有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组视力骤降、胸胁胀闷、眼胀评分均低于治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VEGF、ET-1水平均明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,NO水平高于治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组RI明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,PSV、EDV均明显高于治疗前及对照组治疗后(P<0.05)。【结论】复方血栓通滴丸用于视网膜静脉阻塞患者治疗中,疗效显著,能明显改善患者中医症状评分和眼血流动力学指标,降低VEGF、ET-1水平。【Objective】To investigate the effects of fufang xueshuantong dripping pills on serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and ocular hemodynamics in patients with retinal vein obstruction.【Methods】A total of 80 patients with retinal vein obstruction admitted to Chenggu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shaanxi Province from January 2019 to March 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(receiving conventional drug treatment)and the observation group(adding fufang xueshuantong dripping pill to the control group)by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.After treatment,Chinese medicine symptom score,VEGF level,endothelin-1(ET-1)level,nitric oxide(NO)level,peak systolic blood velocity(PSV),end-diastolic blood velocity(EDV)and resistance index(RI)were compared between the two groups.【Results】The effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity drop,chest and hypochthonic distension and eye distension scores in the observation group were lower than those before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF and ET-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than before treatment and after treatment in the control group,and NO was higher than before treatment and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,RI in the observation group was significantly lower than before treatment and after treatment in the control group,PSV and EDV were significantly higher than before treatment and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The Xueshuantong dripping pill has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with retinal vein obstruction,which can significantly improve the TCM symptom score and eye hemodynamic index,and reduce the levels of VEGF and ET-1.
