摘 要:氟离子对铝箔钝化层的渗透力强,更容易诱发点蚀,在发孔液中添加氟离子,促进腐蚀隧道孔的产生和生长。随着氟离子浓度蚀箔浅层腐蚀孔数和隧道孔洞深入生长的一致性达到最佳匹配,腐蚀箔比容值达到0.860μF.cm^(-2)。氟离子浓度在50 ppm时,发孔溶液温度上升时隧道孔孔数呈增加的趋势,但隧道孔生长长度缩短,折弯强度上升;当发孔溶液温度在71.0℃时,腐蚀箔比容值达到峰值。Fluoride ions(F^(-))have a strong penetration fore on the passivation layer of aluminum foil,making it easier to induce pitting corrosion.Adding Fluoride ions(F^(-))to the corrosive solution promotes the generation and growth of tunnel holes.As the concentration of Fluoride ions(F^(-))increases,the number of shallow corrosion holes shows an increasing trend.The electrostatic capacity of the etched foil first increases and then decreases.When the concentration of Fluoride ions(F^(-))is between 10 ppm~50 ppm,the consistency between the number of shallow tunnel holes and the depth of tunnel holes in the etched foil reaches the best match,and the electrostatic capacity of the etched foil reaches 0.860μF∙cm^(-2).When the fluoride ion concentration is 50 ppm,the number of tunnel holes increases as the temperature of the pitting corrosion solution rises,but the length of tunnel holes shortens and the bending strength increases.When the temperature of the pitting corrosion solution is 71.0℃,the electrostatic capacity of etched foil reaches its peak.
