摘  要:豆腐柴是一种常见的药食两用植物,含有多种化学成分。为探究豆腐柴叶生长过程中代谢物动态变化趋势,本研究基于非靶向代谢组学分别对4个不同时期豆腐柴叶样本进行检测分析。结果显示,323个差异代谢物在豆腐柴叶生长过程中发生显著变化,其中萜类化合物逐渐积累,而黄酮类化合物呈现一个相反的趋势。对差异代谢物进行KEGG通路分析,其中苯丙烷生物合成、类黄酮生物合成等相关通路被显著富集。本研究基于非靶向代谢组学初步探究了不同生长时期豆腐柴叶中代谢物的差异,为后期豆腐柴叶药效活性成分研究提供理论基础。Premna microphylla Turcz.(PMT)is a common medicinal and edible plant that contains a variety of chemical components.In order to explore the dynamic change of metabolites in PMT leaves during its growth,untargeted metabolomics was used to analyze PMT leaves at different periods.The results showed that 323 differential metabolites changed significantly during the growth of PMT leaves,in which terpenoids gradually accumulated,while flavonoids showed opposite trend.The KEGG pathway analysis of differential metabolites was carried out,and phenylpropanoid biosynthesis,flavonoid biosynthesis and other pathways were significantly enriched.We preliminarily explored the differences of metabolites in PMT leaves at different growth stages,which provided a basis for the later research on the pharmacodynamic active components of PMT leaves.
