摘  要:为了深入研究智能煤矿开采领域,聚焦设计一种基于2款加速度计芯片和卡尔曼滤波的高精度倾角传感器,以提升支架姿态监测的性能。详细分析了加速度计的工作原理,进行了倾角传感器的硬件设计,涵盖了电路框图并特别采用了ADXL359和SCA3300加速度计芯片。软件设计部分详细阐述了卡尔曼滤波加速度模型的运用,通过该模型对加速度计输出进行滤波和校正,以提高角度测量的精确性。实验测试部分验证了倾角传感器在不同角度下的性能表现,展示了其在实际应用中的可靠性和高精度测量。最后结果表明倾角传感器可以测量三轴方向上±90°的输出,且测量精度可以达到0.05°以内,为智能化煤矿技术的进一步发展提供了有力的支持和创新。To delve into the field of intelligent coal mining,a high-precision incline sensor based on two accelerometer chips and Kalman filter is proposed,aiming to enhance the performance of hydraulic support posture monitoring.It provides a detailed analysis of the working principles of accelerometers,conducts hardware design for the incline sensor,including circuit diagrams,and notably adopts ADXL359 and SCA3300 accelerometer chips.The software design section elaborates on the application of the Kalman filtering accelerometer model,which filters and corrects the accelerometer outputs to improve angle measurement accuracy.Experimental testing verifies the performance of the incline sensor at different angles,demonstrating its reliability and high-precision measurements in practical applications.The results indicate that the incline sensor can measure outputs in the range of±90°in three axes with a measurement accuracy within 0.05°,providing robust support and innovation for the further development of intelligent coal mining technology.
