摘　　要：目前在火车储装运卸料过程中,物料质量、偏载程度与物料装载表面平整性等参数需符合装车要求,故要对每一节车厢装车散料进行分析。在既有技术中,通常使用雷达扫描车厢内物料横截面,利用高速相机捕捉火车车顶图像,并根据捕获图像判断车厢运动状态,逐帧拼接扫描,此方法要求火车处于匀速运动状态并不适用各种突发场景。原煤进入筒仓后经过洗选加工成不同产品,根据需求装车作业。车厢偏载、亏吨会对轨道衡称重带来影响。如何检测车厢物料装载效果并研制一套车厢物料装载、偏载监控系统,对物料流动性动态检测,最终得到物料体积与质量,是主要探讨内容。Currently,during the storage,loading,and unloading processes of trains,parameters such as material quality,degree of uneven loading,and the flatness of the material loading surface must meet the loading requirements.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the loading of bulk materials in each carriage.In existing technologies,radar is typically used to scan the cross-section of materials inside the carriage,high-speed cameras are used to capture images of the train′s roof,and the motion state of the carriage is determined based on the captured images.Scans are stitched frame by frame.However,this method requires the train to be in a constant speed motion state and is not suitable for various unexpected scenarios.After raw coal enters the silo,it is washed and processed into different products,which are loaded according to demand.Unbalanced loading and shortfall in tonnage of the carriage can affect the weighing of the track scale.How to detect the loading effect of materials in the carriage and develop a monitoring system for material loading and uneven loading in the carriage,dynamically detect material fluidity,and ultimately obtain the volume and quality of materials are the main contents.
