摘　　要：为全面反映资产评估行业发展情况和发展成果,中国资产评估协会编制了《中国资产评估行业发展报告(2023年度)》,并于2024年印发。报告从行业管理、行业规模、资产评估机构、行业人才培养、行业准则建设及研究等五个方面展现行业发展全貌,创新性调研分析了地方协会、资产评估机构及资产评估专硕培养院校的研究工作情况,全面展现了行业各方推动资产评估行业高质量发展的工作成果及亮点,共计9万余字。本文摘编了其中部分内容。In order to comprehensively reflect the development and achievements of the asset valuation industry,China Appraisal Society(CAS)has prepared the"Report on China Asset Valuation Industry Development(2023)"and issued it in 2024.The report presents the overall development of the industry from five aspects:industry management,industry scale,asset valuation firms,talent cultivation,standard construction and research.This report innovatively analyzes the research work of local societies,asset valuation firms and colleges,comprehensively demonstrates the achievements and highlights of various parties in promoting the high-quality development of the asset valuation industry,totaling more than 90000 words.This article has excerpted some of the content.
