摘　　要：资产评估行业在我国发展历史悠久,在不同历史时期的政府管理和市场交易活动中都起着重要的中介作用。本文梳理了新中国成立以前,我国农业社会中资产评估行业的发展历程。在此基础上,研究总结资产评估行业自古有之的一些特点,对于现代资产评估行业的发展也提出了借鉴和展望。The asset appraisal industry has a long history in China and has played an important intermediary role in government management and market trading activities in different historical periods.This article reviews the development history of the asset appraisal industry in China's agricultural society before the founding of the People's Republic of China.On this basis,some characteristics of the asset appraisal industry that have existed since ancient times are summarized,and reference and prospects are also proposed for the development of the modern asset appraisal industry.
